Our Story
The composite mill Premier Spg and Wvg with spinning, weaving and processing under one roof started in the early 80’s. It was inaugurated by the then President of India, President Neelam Sanjiva Reddy.
Sri V N Ramachandran is the founder of Premier Mills Group.
It was incorporated in 1945; started manufacturing in 1949 with a modest initial capacity of 6000 spindles
